My first impressions about life in England

On the 3rd of September I arrived in Heathrow Airport, London. I first arrived with my mother, so she could get to know the Family where I was going to stay during two years. At first I was quite scared about coming here, I was scared about being the #new girl again and not knowing anybody...
To my surprise it was the complete opposite of my #expectations. Everybody was really nice and friendly, and I wasn't the only new girl! All of the people that were there the first day were starting that day!

I've been coming to #England since I was really little. Actually, I was born in London, so we used to come and visit friends my mother had here. I really can't recall my first England impressions because those happened a very long time ago. One of the things that keeps surprising me, every time I come to England, is the absence of nightlife. There is no one on the streets later than 8 o'clock pm! An the shops close really early as well... And one thing I always miss when I'm in #Spain, is tea time, I love English #tea.

I love the weather in England, I've been living in Spain for 15 years now, but I'm not really a person that enjoys sunny weather. I like sitting inside and watching the rain out of my bedroom window. Also, I love snow, and that is something I can't get in Spain. Although the not so sunny #weather makes me have less summer holidays here...
